How it works: buying & delivery of your moped
Knallert Market offers second-hand mopeds from the Netherlands, with pick-up at a fixed location in Denmark. This page explains the full process — from reservation to final purchase.
1. Choose your moped
The collection of Knallert Market consists of carefully selected used mopeds, all technically inspected ready to ride. The focus is on quality and reliability, with attention to overall condition.
As these are pre-owned mopeds, signs of use may be present. Any notable wear has as good as possible been described and shown in the photos.
2. Reserve with a 20% deposit
Once you’ve chosen a moped, you can reserve it by paying a 20% deposit. This guarantees your future moped will be brought to the pick-up location in Denmark on the agreed date for you.
Note: Because the mopeds are transported from the Netherlands to Denmark, the footrests on all mopeds have been removed. At the time of pickup, the footrests will be reinstalled on the moped.
3. Pick-up in Denmark
On the agreed date and time, your moped will be ready for pick-up at this location:

Pickup of the moped is possible on pre-scheduled pickup dates and within the specified time slots. These pickup dates always take place on weekends and are clearly stated during the reservation process.
On the first pick-up day, pickup is possible throughout the day and, if desired, also in the evening. On Second pick-up day, pickup is only possible in the morning. Afternoon pickup is not possible, as we then travel back to the Netherlands.
During the pickup appointment, you will have ample time to carefully inspect and check the moped. A short test ride is of course allowed, so you can get a good impression of the condition and operation of the vehicle and make your decision with confidence.
If you are unable to come by during the standard time slots, pickup outside regular hours may be possible in some cases, but only by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.
4. Decide at pick-up
You can still decide not to go through with the purchase at pick-up.
Changed your mind at pick-up location? The deposit will be fully refunded.
No-show without notice? Then, unfortunately, you will not get your deposit back. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at least 4 days before the scheduled pick-up date. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible and the deposit will be forfeited. The moped is specifically reserved and transported for you.
Happy with the moped? Simply pay the remaining amount and take your moped home.
